Senior Pictures Pittsburgh | Robin Hill Park | Paralee

Robin Hill Park in Moon Township is my absolute favorite spot to shoot senior portraits. This session took place recently with the wonderful Paralee, who was such a sweet young lady and an absolute joy to photograph.

Paralee's outfit choices were perfect. Since we wanted that dreamy, light and airy vibe, she wore her white dress for most of the session. If you've ever been to Robin Hill Park, you know how inconsistent the lighting can be. The garden area is heavily shaded, surrounded by trees with the afternoon sun blocked by the Robin Hill Center. Meanwhile, the rest of the park can be super bright.

And there was a twist during this session: the roof of the Robin Hill Center was being repaired the entire month of August. That meant ugly red trucks, forklifts, and piles of building materials scattered around everywhere.

But that's exactly what I love about this park. No matter what's happening, you can always find beautiful spots to work with. It's why Robin Hill remains my go-to location year after year.
